John W. Hills first established the business in 1973 working from a small garage in his backyard. The business grew quickly and John Hills Signs moved to factory premises in Concorde Way, Bomaderry. This move allowed for additional staff, computer cutting and the introduction of screen printing in an effort to satisfy customer demands.

John with a skilled team remained at these premises until 1994 when again it was necessary to expand and build a lerger facility at Meroo Road, Bomaderry. The new factory provided space for ever increasing computer technology, digital printing equipment and the ability to handle work of any type in a secure, enclosed, all weather environmnet including heavy vehicles and machinery.
